Welcome to Clinical Trial Confidential.

We believe the clinical trial industry lacks a platform for open, transparent conversation. This lack of transparency inhibits progress. In this industry, that means patients are the ones that suffer.

Here you can choose to register an account, post anonymously or both. It is our hope that the ability to post anonymously will help foster useful conversation by allowing users to express their opinions without fear of retaliation, fear of appearing ignorant and otherwise allowing users to express opinions that may be contrary to their employer or that their position may not permit.

We believe great ideas should stand on their own merit and not the credentials of their author.

We hope these values will foster an environment of collaboration.

It was much more sparsely attended then I have ever seen in the past. Due to the change at the top I may give them a pass and see how Vegas turns out, but there seemed to be almost as many "Speakers" as attendees. There were only about 15 vendors on hand 6/7 of which had some sort of CTMS/eReg/eSource combo.

Saw a good session that had 2 vendors arguing over the ease of API's and whose burden it was to make their implementation easy if asked.  I was impressed with the vendor who stressed it should fall to the vendor to make sure that a request for the API can be fulfilled easily to benefit the sites interactions with sponsor.

Some really strong information was still on hand in other sessions as well. Not as much fluff as other conferences but also not as much opportunity for networking. Not a single Sponsor was exhibiting either.

Interesting that no sponsors were exhibiting. Is that normal?

Curious to see how WCG will run things differently.

I've only attended once years ago but even then it seemed like half the attendees were speakers. I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.
